Police stated that a 28-year-old customer began attacking an employee after a dispute over his order.
The 34-year-old employee, in self-defense, stabbed the customer multiple times in the torso and head.
The customer fled the scene but was tracked by police to a nearby residence and is currently in stable condition at a hospital.
Authorities have surveillance footage of the incident, and the employee is cooperating with the investigation.
