Philadelphia Outlines Weekend Road Closures for Rocky Run, Veterans Parade and Marines Birthday Party

Officials urge travelers to plan around detours using alternate routes with SEPTA updates.

  • Monday’s Marine Corps 250th birthday block party in Old City will close 2nd Street between Market and Walnut and Chestnut Street between 3rd and Front from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m., featuring performances, speakers and vendors.
