- Beaulieu was charged by information in January 2025 and pleaded guilty in February to violating airport security requirements.
- On July 1, 2025, United States Magistrate Judge Elizabeth Hey imposed one year of probation and ordered Beaulieu to pay $59,143 in restitution to American Airlines.
