Philadelphia Hit-and-Run at Hospital Critically Injures Nurse

A vehicle fleeing Penn Presbyterian Hospital struck three nurses after dropping off a shooting victim, leaving one in critical condition.

The incident occurred early Saturday morning when a silver Jeep Cherokee dropped off a gunshot victim at Penn Presbyterian Hospital's ambulance bay.
As the vehicle fled, it struck three male nurses who were attempting to assist the shooting victim.
One nurse, aged 36, sustained critical injuries, including facial trauma and internal bleeding, while two others are in stable condition.
The 28-year-old gunshot victim, who was initially dropped off, may have also suffered a head injury during the hit-and-run.
Authorities are investigating the incident and have urged anyone with information to contact the Philadelphia Police Department.
