Phil Mickelson Withdraws from LIV Golf Opener Due to Shoulder Injury

Mickelson expressed disappointment over missing the event but confirmed his intention to play in the LIV Golf Adelaide tournament starting February 14.
Ollie Schniederjans, a recent winner of The International Series India, will replace Mickelson in the Riyadh event and join the HyFlyers team.
The injury marks a rare setback in Mickelson's otherwise injury-free career spanning over three decades.
LIV Golf Adelaide is considered one of the league’s marquee events, drawing significant fan attendance and comparisons to the PGA Tour’s WM Phoenix Open.
