Overview

  • Human remains found near Good Night Scrub National Park on June 6 were formally identified as those of the missing teenager.
  • Police charged her housemates James Wood, 34, and Tanika Bromley, 33, on June 5 with one count of murder and two counts of interfering with a corpse, and they remain in custody awaiting an August court appearance.
  • Detectives allege the 17-year-old was killed shortly after she was last seen being dropped at Bundaberg Airport on May 15 and that her body was moved more than once before discovery.
