Phasmophobia's 2025 Roadmap Unveils New Map, Overhauls, and Gameplay Updates

Kinetic Games plans to release a new small map in 2025, described as unique and comparable in size to the game's haunted house locations.
The studio will focus on smaller maps moving forward to enable more frequent releases, ending the development of large-scale maps like high schools or asylums.
Three existing maps—Bleasdale Farmhouse, Grafton Farmhouse, and 6 Tanglewood Drive—will undergo major artistic and structural reworks, with Bleasdale's update scheduled for March.
The Chronicle update will revamp evidence-gathering mechanics, introducing a Media tab for archiving photos, videos, and sounds, and rewarding players for capturing unique evidence.
Additional updates include improved seasonal events, a player character overhaul with enhanced models, and long-term plans for further maps and features in 2026.
