Petrobras Announces 700+ Jovem Aprendiz Openings for 2025 With Registration Oct. 6–12

Candidates enter a 21-month track that combines paid apprenticeship with SENAI courses.

Overview

  • Free applications will be accepted on the Petrobras website from October 6 to 12 for positions distributed across 13 states and the Federal District.
  • The selection reserves 30% of spots for Black, Indigenous and quilombola candidates, 20% for people with disabilities, 15% for adolescents egressed from child labor or analogous to slavery, and 10% for those in institutional care or socioeducational measures.
  • The program spans 39 classes, including 26 basic apprenticeship groups and 13 technical groups, covering 30 professional courses over 21 months.
  • Eligibility requires ages 14 to 21 years and 7 months, with no maximum age for PCD candidates, school attendance for those still in high school, and a weekday workload of four hours per day.
  • Local allocations include 42 vacancies in Salvador, with additional cities such as Manaus, Fortaleza, Recife, Curitiba, Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo and Brasília, and benefits include minimum wage pay, transport allowance, 13th salary, vacation and FGTS.
