Peruvian 'Alien' Figures Debunked as Earthly Dolls

Forensic Experts Reveal Figures Made from Paper, Glue, and Bones, Discrediting Claims of Extraterrestrial Origin

  • Forensic experts in Peru have concluded that the doll-like figures and a three-fingered hand, previously claimed to be proof of extraterrestrial life, were made from paper, glue, metal and human and animal bones.
  • The objects were seized by Peru’s customs authorities from a shipment heading to Mexico.
  • Forensic archaeologist Flavio Estrada, who led the analysis, stated that the figures were not extraterrestrials and were assembled with modern synthetic glues, indicating they were not assembled during pre-Hispanic times.
  • Mexican journalist José Jaime Maussan and some Mexican lawmakers had previously presented the figures as 'non-human beings' in front of the country’s congress.
  • The prosecutor’s office has not yet determined who owns the objects, only stating that a Mexican citizen was the intended recipient before they were seized.
