Peru's Turrón Exports Up 20% in Jan–Aug, Reaching 13 Countries

  • Leading exporters were Barletta S.A. (US$29,916), Industria Panificadora San José S.A. (US$29,876) and Peruvian Collcas Foods S.A.C. (US$26,187), according to ADEX.
  • Producers are expanding into premium nuts and single‑serve formats, and marketplace data from Rappi Perú point to seasonal order surges of up to 800% tied to traditional festivities.
