- The public call opened on December 2 with preliminary bases online, and suppliers may submit consultations on December 4–5 for responses on December 10–11.
- Final bases are slated for December 12–15, with technical and economic proposals due December 16–17.
- Vendors must hold an active National Supplier Registry (RNP) and will be excluded if they have prior health-affecting incidents.
- The process will use Peru Compras–approved technical sheets to standardize nutrition, preservation, presentation and quality for 2026 deliveries.
- Midis invited the Comptroller General’s Office, the Public Prosecutor’s Office and Digesa to monitor the procedure, with registration open through December 15 via procesodecompras2026.pae.gob.pe and formal challenge mechanisms available.
