- Resolution No. 3704-2025-MP-FN, published on December 11 in the official journal El Peruano, formalizes Arce Córdova’s return as a titular supreme prosecutor.
- Interim prosecutor general Tomás Gálvez signed the designation assigning Arce to the Supreme Family Prosecutor’s Office, replacing Gianina Rosa Tapia Vivas.
- The Junta Nacional de Justicia had already issued Resolution No. 713-2025-JNJ on December 4 to rehabilitate his professional title in compliance with the court order.
