Overview

• The JNE began examining ONPE’s Solución Tecnológica del Voto Digital on Oct. 16, with the audit scheduled to end on Dec. 16.
• Officials plan to complete an internal report on Dec. 18 and send it to ONPE on Dec. 19 to guide any deployment decision.
• ONPE delivered a full technical package to the JNE, including software, system architecture, quality-control results and cybersecurity test documentation.
• Separately, ONPE selected U.S.-based CGTS Corp for an external audit, with contracting underway and initial results expected by late December.
