Overview
- Affiliates may request up to 4 UIT (S/21,400) with payments made in up to four monthly tranches, with the first disbursement within 30 days of filing.
- Requests can be submitted online or in person, and deposits will be made only to bank accounts in the affiliate’s name to prevent fraud.
- The registration window runs for 90 days from Oct. 21, with a late period from Dec. 4, 2025 to Jan. 18, 2026, following a staggered schedule by the last digit or letter of the DNI.
- Withdrawn amounts are protected from seizure except for child-support cases, where courts may retain up to 30% of the funds.
- The SBS prepublished rules to admit banks, finance companies, municipal and rural cajas, and insurers as pension managers (EAFs), requiring at least a B+ risk rating, capital and governance safeguards, a possible 40 business-day review, and public comments through Oct. 16.
