Overview

• The Executive promulgated Law N.º 32445 enabling an eighth extraordinary withdrawal, and the SBS has 30 calendar days to issue the operational regulation.
• The Asociación de AFP and the regulator state that no official link or request platform is active until the SBS publishes that procedure.
• Once the regulation appears, a 90-day application window will open with digital and in-person channels defined by the SBS.
• Payments must be made in four installments of up to 1 UIT each, 30 calendar days apart, with first disbursements projected for November 2025 if the schedule is met.
• Eligibility covers all affiliates, and users are urged to update DNI, bank and contact details and to use only SBS and AFP official sites to avoid fraudulent pages.
