Overview
- Supreme Decree No. 002-2025-EF, under the 2026 Public Budget Law, authorizes a one-time S/400 payment known as the Bono de Escolaridad.
- Most beneficiaries are slated to receive the deposit with January payroll via Banco de la Nación, with sector schedules on Jan 21, 22, 23 and 26.
- Pensioners have a separate calendar set for Jan 15–20, depending on institutional affiliation.
- Contracted teachers and education assistants under the Teacher Reform Law are scheduled for payment in June 2026.
- The bonus is excluded from social security and private pension deductions and does not count for recalculations of other pay or pensions.
