- The S/400 payment, included in the 2026 public budget, covers workers under DL 276, Laws 29944 and 30512, university faculty under Law 30220, health staff under DL 1153, public-sector laborers, Armed Forces and PNP, and qualifying state pensioners.
- Eligibility requires being on the payroll at the norm’s effective date or on paid leave or specified subsidies, with at least three months of service or a proportional amount if under that tenure.
