Overview

• The SBS approved the operational procedure under Law No. 32445 allowing affiliates to withdraw up to 4 UIT (S/21,400) from their pension accounts.
• Filing follows a calendar tied to the last digit of the DNI beginning on October 21 with backup days in November and a free filing period from December 4 to January 18.
• AFP Integra, Prima, Habitat and Profuturo will activate 100% digital platforms for submitting requests in line with the official schedule.
• Payments are delivered in up to four monthly installments of one UIT each, with transfers taking up to 30 days per tranche after the request is processed.
• Only funds already deposited in the account are eligible; affiliates should verify statements, seek written regularization from employers for omitted contributions, and file complaints with the MTPE if necessary.
