- The system uses a unique RFID tag affixed to the front headlight via a holographic film that stores the plate number and engine serial to prevent cloning.
- PNP and Sutran will read tags at monitoring points to confirm authorization, outstanding penalties or police alerts in seconds, while only logging passage at specific locations.
