Overview
- Virtual registration for the Proceso Único de Admisión is active from January 12 to 30 via the official site: https://www.minedu.gob.pe/colegios-de-alto-rendimiento/.
- Minedu will publish the roster of qualified applicants on February 2, followed by the registration-complaints window on February 3–4.
- Phase I (cognitive) is scheduled for February 8 with results on February 17; Phase II (socioemotional and interviews) runs February 21–23; final results and vacancy assignments post March 2–7, with enrollment March 3–31.
- About 2,650 places are offered across 25 COAR campuses in a three-year residential program that includes the IB Diploma in grades 4–5 and French instruction with DELF certification.
- Applicants must have completed first and second year of secondary in a public school, rank in the top 10 or hold a recognized contest win, provide valid identification and parental authorization, and be 15 or younger by March 31, 2026, with Piura offering 100 regional scholarships.
