Overview
- The SBS operative procedure sets a staggered registration starting October 21 using the applicant’s DNI, with specific windows assigned by letter or last digit.
- Affiliates who file on October 21 would receive the first payment of up to 1 UIT (S/5,350) about 30 days later, with up to three additional monthly installments until reaching 4 UIT (S/21,400).
- Under Law No. 32445, withdrawn amounts are intangible and not subject to discounts or embargo, except for alimentary debts where up to 30% of each disbursement can be retained without the affiliate’s prior authorization.
- DNI ending in 5 are scheduled to submit on November 5, 6 or 27, and after the initial phase all digits will have assigned dates before a later open period.
- Applications must be filed through AFP portals using the DNI and each fund’s ‘clave web,’ which can be generated or recovered via Integra, Habitat, Profuturo or Prima; a separate ONP withdrawal bill remains a proposal under congressional review.
