- Beca Permanencia 2025 applications are virtual and free from October 3 to October 22 with no age limit, via pronabec.gob.pe/beca-permanencia.
- Selected applicants will be posted on November 18, acceptance runs November 19–26, and the list of scholarship recipients begins publishing from November 24.
- Benefits include a monthly subsidy for food, local transport and study materials, plus socio‑emotional accompaniment through degree completion.
- Eligibility requires Peruvian nationality, current enrollment in an eligible public university from the second cycle/year onward in 2025, proof of poverty or extreme poverty through SISFOH, minimum “medio superior” performance, and official institutional documentation.
- Separately, Beca 18 for 2026 remains open until October 5, with in‑person Becatón assistance in Lima and Callao; the ENP list of eligible applicants posts November 4, the exam is November 16, and preselected candidates are due December 22.
