- RENIEC and local governments will hold itinerant DNIe days on November 8 in San Bartolo and on November 10–11 in Palpa (Ica), Maranura (Cusco) and Corongo (Áncash), with additional dates in Miraflores, San José and Congalla.
- The free deliveries prioritize children and teens aged 0–17, adults 60 and over, members of indigenous communities, people with disabilities and adults 18–59 registered in poverty.
- On-site services include first-time enrollment, renewals, duplicates, domicile updates with a utility bill, civil‑status changes with supporting records and free photography.
- RENIEC has stopped issuing the blue/yellow DNI, existing cards remain valid until their expiry, and a S/30 first‑time price for the DNIe runs through December 31, 2025 with in‑person biometric capture.
- The DNIe integrates a chip, up to 64 security elements and digital‑signature certificates with 10‑year validity for adults and three for minors, and RENIEC urges PIN protection with revocation or reset available via Ciudadano Digital or at offices.
