Overview

  • Decreto Supremo N.° 204-2025-EF was published Sept. 27 in El Peruano with signatures from President Dina Boluarte and the MEF and Justice ministers.
  • The resources are legally restricted to pension payments and the Christmas aguinaldo for beneficiaries under Decreto Ley N.° 20530 at SUNARP.
  • Implementing and receiving pliegos must approve programmatic desegregation within five calendar days to enable timely execution.
  • ONP/Banco de la Nación will start the October run on Tuesday, Oct. 7 for Decreto Ley 19990 (A–C Oct. 7, D–L Oct. 9, M–Q Oct. 10, R–Z Oct. 13), covering more than 769,000 pensioners.
  • Home deliveries are set for Oct. 15–24 for DL 19990 and Oct. 17–24 for DL 20530, DL 18846, Ley 30003 and Ley 26790, with a viceministerial resolution moving some DL 20530 sectors to Tuesday, Oct. 14.
