- Rhys Bellinge pleaded guilty to reckless driving more than 45km/h over the limit in Subiaco and to dangerous driving in Kings Park on February 9.
- He had earlier admitted manslaughter over the death of 24-year-old Elizabeth Pearce and causing grievous bodily harm to Uber driver Mohammad Usman in the February 15 crash in Dalkeith.
- Prosecutors told the court he was driving about 130km/h in a 50km/h zone, with dashcam footage alleged to show high speeds and line crossing.
