Overview

• Rhys Bellinge pleaded guilty to reckless driving more than 45km/h over the limit in Subiaco and to dangerous driving in Kings Park on February 9.
• He had earlier admitted manslaughter over the death of 24-year-old Elizabeth Pearce and causing grievous bodily harm to Uber driver Mohammad Usman in the February 15 crash in Dalkeith.
• Prosecutors told the court he was driving about 130km/h in a 50km/h zone, with dashcam footage alleged to show high speeds and line crossing.
• Reckless driving charges said to have occurred on February 9 in Nedlands and Dalkeith were discontinued.
• Bellinge appeared by video link from Casuarina Prison and remains in custody, with the new traffic matters listed for February 25.
