• The 15-year-old was reported missing from Reading, Pennsylvania, in June 2024 and was located Monday in High Point, North Carolina, nearly 500 miles from home.
• High Point police said a tip prompted investigators to obtain a warrant for the Treyburn Lane residence, resulting in the girl’s recovery and seizure of electronic devices.
• Joseph A. Rossomando, 32, was arrested at the scene and is being held without bond at Guilford County Jail on charges including first-degree kidnapping, human trafficking and multiple statutory rape counts.
• Authorities allege they found child sexual abuse material on Rossomando’s electronic devices during the execution of the search warrant.
