Overview
- Jacob Buckley, 22, of Port Matilda, Pennsylvania, was charged by criminal information for posting violent threats against President Trump on TikTok on January 16, 2025.
- Prosecutors allege Buckley used a TikTok account under the name “Jacob_buckley” to post statements including “I’m going to kill Trump” and threats against MAGA supporters.
- The case was investigated by the United States Secret Service and is being prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney K. Wesley Mishoe.
