Pennsylvania Man Charged in Neighbor's Murder

Zak Russel Moyer used a 'Scream' mask and weapons in the fatal attack, now faces criminal charges.

Zak Russel Moyer, 30, is charged with the murder of his neighbor, Edward Whitehead Jr., 59, in Lehighton, Pennsylvania.
Moyer allegedly wore a 'Scream' movie mask and used a knife and chainsaw in the attack, which was captured on surveillance footage.
The motive for the attack was initially to scare Whitehead, but resulted in fatal injuries including stabs and cuts.
Moyer claimed Whitehead had a criminal history, but police have not confirmed this. After the attack, Moyer watched a movie at home until police arrived.
Moyer is currently held without bail at the Carbon County Correctional Facility, with a preliminary hearing set for April 3.
