Gallo allegedly strangled some victims until they nearly or completely passed out during the assaults.
Authorities discovered methamphetamine in a tequila bottle at Gallo's home and believe more victims may exist.
Gallo faces charges including rape by causing impairment, drug possession, strangulation, and corruption of minors, with bail set at $5 million.
