Pennsylvania Man Arrested for Allegedly Killing Neighbor Over Snoring Dispute

Christopher Casey, 55, was arrested for allegedly stabbing his neighbor, Robert Wallace, 62, to death after a dispute over Casey's loud snoring.
The two men, who lived in a duplex in Hatboro, Pennsylvania, had a long-standing feud over the noise, which Wallace could hear through their shared wall.
On the day of the incident, Wallace reportedly removed a window screen at Casey's home, leading to a verbal dispute that escalated into violence.
Casey is said to have used a military-style knife to stab Wallace multiple times. Wallace was found near Casey's home and later succumbed to his injuries at Abington Hospital.
Casey has been charged with third-degree murder, voluntary manslaughter, and possession of an instrument of crime. His bail has been set at $1 million, and a preliminary hearing is scheduled for January 29, 2024.
