  • Emergency services were called at around 6pm on Wednesday, 29 October to the B4215 at Malswick near the Malswick House Pub.
  • A white DAF heavy goods vehicle travelling toward Gloucester was involved in a collision with a pedestrian.
  • The pedestrian, a man in his 50s from Gloucester, suffered serious injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
  • A man in his 60s from Oxfordshire was arrested on suspicion of causing death by careless driving and remains in custody for questioning.
  • The B4215 was closed overnight for a collision investigation and reopened on Thursday morning.
