- Core Devices recovered the Pebble trademark and rebranded its new smartwatches from Core 2 Duo and Core Time 2 to Pebble 2 Duo and Pebble Time 2.
- The final design uses 316-grade stainless steel for the front, back and knurled buttons, echoing the original Pebble Time Steel build.
- Core specifications include a 1.5-inch, 64-color e-paper touchscreen, heart rate monitor, compass sensor, multicolor RGB LED backlight and second microphone.
- The watch also features a quick-release 22mm strap, flat hardened glass lens, up to 30-day battery life, vibration motor and a screw-mounted back cover in a 48-gram form factor.
- The product remains in early engineering sample stage, with final colorways pending customer surveys and no firm shipping date despite reported December 2025 to January 2026 timelines.
