Overview
- Six works, including Van Gogh’s Tarascon Stagecoach and Manet’s Young Woman in a Round Hat, will become LACMA’s first paintings by those artists
- The Brooklyn Museum will receive 29 pieces featuring masters such as Chaïm Soutine, Edgar Degas and Amedeo Modigliani
- MoMA is set to acquire 28 works led by two major Cézanne paintings and a suite of 15 watercolours
- The foundation has codified guidelines to enable flexible rotation of the artworks among the three institutions
- The full collection will debut at LACMA in “Village Square” from February to July 2026 before traveling to Brooklyn and MoMA
