• The Season 2 trailer, unveiled at San Diego Comic-Con, showcases Peacemaker confronting his past while exploring a parallel universe that ties first-season events into the rebooted DCU continuity.
• Peacemaker Season 2 will debut on HBO Max in the United States on August 21, 2025 and stream in the United Kingdom on Sky Max and NOW on August 22.
• James Gunn wrote all eight episodes of the new season, directed three installments including the premiere, and replaced the opening dance theme with Foxy Shazam’s “Oh Lord.”
• John Cena returns as Christopher Smith alongside Danielle Brooks, Freddie Stroma, Jennifer Holland, Steve Agee and Robert Patrick, with newcomers Frank Grillo, Sol Rodriguez, David Denman, Tim Meadows and Michael Rooker joining the ensemble.
