Overview

• The trailer unveiled July 26 at San Diego Comic-Con confirms Season 2 will run eight episodes, debuting August 21, 2025, at 9 pm ET exclusively on HBO Max.
• The story resumes roughly one month after Peacemaker’s cameo in James Gunn’s Superman and employs interdimensional portals to bridge past DCEU events into the rebooted DC Universe.
• Frank Grillo’s Rick Flag Sr. emerges as a central antagonist, pursuing Peacemaker in revenge for the death of his son, Rick Flag Jr.
• John Cena, Danielle Brooks, Jennifer Holland, Freddie Stroma, Steve Agee and Robert Patrick return, joined by new cast additions David Denman, Sol Rodríguez and Tim Meadows.
• The season will open with Foxy Shazam’s 'Oh Lord' over a choreographed dance-of-the-credits sequence alongside Ozzy Osbourne’s music featured in the trailer.
