- The Pakistan Cricket Board on December 10 revoked Haider Ali’s provisional suspension and included him among nine players cleared to compete in the BPL.
- All approved players have permission to participate in Bangladesh until January 23, 2026, under the PCB-issued No Objection Certificates.
- Other Pakistan players cleared for the BPL include Mohammad Nawaz, Abrar Ahmed, Sahibzada Farhan, Faheem Ashraf, Hussain Talat, Khawaja Nafay and Ehsanullah.
- Umar Akmal was denied an NOC and has publicly asked the PCB to explain the decision, saying he lost contracts while waiting for approvals.
