  • The debit card links to a user’s PayPal wallet with a nominated bank account as fallback funding and is promoted for worldwide use without transaction fees.
  • The PayPal credit card will be accepted wherever Mastercard is accepted, and PayPal+ membership tiers—Blue, Gold, Black—offer up to 50% more points plus VIP perks.
  • Cards will be distributed via the PayPal app in the coming weeks, PayPal’s Pay in Three purchases will earn points, and the loyalty scheme is free to join and can stack with other programs.
