Pauly Shore and The Comedy Store Face Multiple Assault Lawsuits

Comedian Eliot Preschutti is the latest to sue Pauly Shore and his comedy club, alleging a brutal assault by bouncers in December 2023.

Comedian Eliot Preschutti alleges he was assaulted by bouncers at The Comedy Store in December 2023, leading to severe physical and emotional damages.
Preschutti's lawsuit claims the assault included being thrown to the ground, kicked, and hit, with one bouncer shouting 'This is for Pauly!' during the attack.
The incident reportedly occurred after Preschutti forgot to close out his bar tab, with the altercation being partially filmed and posted online.
This is the second lawsuit filed against Shore and The Comedy Store this year, following a similar claim by Sean Kehoe and his daughter Kirra Lyn Potts.
Pauly Shore, who inherited The Comedy Store from his mother in 2018, has not commented on the allegations.
