Paul Wesley to Produce New Vampire Comedy Series for Fox

The untitled series follows a young vampire juggling family obligations and his dream of becoming an actor.

Paul Wesley, known for his role as Stefan Salvatore on The Vampire Diaries, will serve as an executive producer for an upcoming vampire comedy on Fox.
The series, currently in development, will focus on a 25-year-old vampire managing his family's business while pursuing his dream of acting.
Victor Fresco, co-creator of Unstable, is writing the pilot, while Liz Friedlander, who directed episodes of The Vampire Diaries, will direct the series.
The project is being produced by Kapital Entertainment and KatCo, with Wesley, Fresco, Friedlander, Aaron Kaplan, and Tracy Katsky serving as executive producers.
This marks Wesley’s return to vampire-themed storytelling, though he has expressed no interest in reprising his on-screen vampire roles.
