Paul McCartney Plans to Complete New Solo Album in 2025

Paul McCartney announced his New Year's resolution for 2025 is to finish a new solo album he has been working on for some time.
The project was delayed due to his Got Back Tour, which began in 2022 and concluded this month with a London show featuring Ringo Starr and Ronnie Wood.
McCartney's last solo album, 'McCartney III,' was released in 2020, following the tradition of his earlier self-titled albums from 1970 and 1980.
During his final 2024 tour stop, McCartney reunited onstage with Ringo Starr and played his bass guitar that had been missing for over 50 years until its recovery earlier this year.
In other news, McCartney is reportedly set to be portrayed by actor Paul Mescal in a planned Beatles biopic series directed by Sam Mendes, slated for release in 2027.
