Patrushev Unveils Rybinsk Engineering Push as University Programs Feed Industry

- He presented the advanced engineering school "Technologies of engine‑building" at RGATU, created with the Science and Higher Education Ministry and partners such as ODK‑Saturn, with business co‑financing and co‑developed curricula.
- Patrushev announced the Resurs center at RGATU to prepare physics‑math teachers and mentors using digital laboratories to strengthen the STEM talent pipeline.
- He said university–industry initiatives are already yielding technologies adopted in shipbuilding, the nuclear sector, energy, engine‑building and metallurgy, highlighting scaling through the Priority‑2030 program and St. Petersburg’s marine technical university.
- The rollout includes 38 engineering classes in Rybinsk with more than 780 pupils, a 2025 pilot for seamless education linking a kindergarten, School No. 1 and the university, and a shipbuilding track at Yaroslavl State Technical University developed with "Korabelka."
