Patriots Sign Former Cowboys Running Back Ezekiel Elliott to One-Year Deal

Ezekiel Elliott has signed a one-year contract with the New England Patriots worth up to $6 million.
Elliott will wear number 15, the same number he wore in college at Ohio State.
The Patriots were looking to add depth at running back behind starter Rhamondre Stevenson.
Elliott led the NFL in rushing yards in 2016 and 2018 but has declined in recent seasons due to injuries.
The Patriots face Elliott's former team, the Dallas Cowboys, in Week 4 of the regular season.
