Pat Colbert, Beloved 'Dallas' Actress, Dies at 77

Colbert, known for her role as Dora Mae on 'Dallas,' passed away at her home in Compton after a series of strokes.

Pat Colbert's career spanned from the late '70s to 2015, with her most notable role on 'Dallas' from 1983 to 1991.
She played Dora Mae, the elegant host of the Oil Baron's Club, becoming the show's only recurring Black character.
Colbert also appeared in 'Flamingo Road,' 'The Fall Guy,' and the comedy film 'Leonard Part 6.'
Her sister Tami remembers her as a 'go-getter' who was deeply involved in community activities, especially for foster children.
A funeral service is planned for July 20, with Colbert survived by her son Michael and siblings Tami, Aaron, and Johnetta.
