- Applicants can upload ICAO‑compliant photographs, signatures and documents online, which the consulate says will cut waiting times at BLS centres.
- Minor corrections are processed at BLS without retyping or extra charges, though applicants must still print the form, book a BLS appointment and submit documents in person.
