Passenger Removed from Spirit Airlines Flight Over Hoodie with Profane Message

The Texas man was asked to remove his sweatshirt, which staff deemed offensive, before being escorted off the plane.

John Garcia Jr., a 43-year-old Texas man, was removed from a Spirit Airlines flight traveling from Los Angeles to San Antonio due to his hoodie displaying the phrase 'FVCK HATE WORLD TOUR.'
The airline crew deemed the sweatshirt's language obscene and requested Garcia to remove it, citing Spirit Airlines' policy against lewd, obscene, or offensive clothing.
Garcia initially refused to comply but eventually removed the hoodie after being given an ultimatum to either take it off or leave the flight.
Despite complying, Garcia was ultimately escorted off the plane by crew members and security personnel, as captured in a viral video shared on social media.
Spirit Airlines issued a statement acknowledging the incident and confirmed that an investigation is underway to address the situation.
