Passenger Faces Charges for Assaulting Flight Attendant, Police Officer on American Airlines Flight

Keith Edward Fagiana allegedly punched a flight attendant multiple times and kicked a police officer during his arrest after the plane made an emergency landing in Amarillo, Texas.

Keith Edward Fagiana, a passenger on an American Airlines flight from Fort Worth, Texas, to Bozeman, Montana, is facing charges of interfering with a flight crew after allegedly punching a flight attendant and kicking a police officer.
The incident began when another passenger complained that Fagiana was violently kicking their seat. When a flight attendant asked him to stop, Fagiana allegedly punched the attendant in the stomach multiple times.
Fagiana was restrained by other passengers and the flight attendant until the plane made an emergency landing in Amarillo, Texas, where he was arrested.
While being arrested, Fagiana allegedly kicked a police officer in the groin and spit on other officers. He later admitted to fighting with the officers because he didn’t want to be arrested.
Fagiana claimed he didn’t remember anything about the flight but admitted to drinking Captain Morgan rum at various bars before the flight.
