Overview
- The Tournament of Roses announced 28 finalists on Sept. 22 after multi-week interviews at Tournament House in Pasadena.
- Applicants came from 41 Pasadena-area schools, with selections based on academics, community and school involvement, public speaking and youth leadership.
- The Rose Court will be finalized next Monday, followed by the Rose Queen coronation on Oct. 28.
- Each of the seven selected members will receive a $7,500 academic scholarship and serve as public ambassadors during the 2026 Rose Parade and Rose Bowl Game on Jan. 1.
- This year’s process included a one-time eligibility accommodation for Eaton fire–displaced applicants attending schools within the Pasadena City College District area plus specified zip codes, including Eagle Rock, Highland Park, San Gabriel and Alhambra.
