  • Shannon O'Connor, known as the 'Los Gatos party mom,' has been indicted on 63 counts, including child endangerment and aiding sexual assault.
  • O'Connor is accused of hosting alcohol-fueled parties for her teenage son and his friends at her home, encouraging them to consume alcohol to the point of passing out and engage in sexual activities.
  • The grand jury, consisting of randomly selected residents, indicted O'Connor following the testimony of 17 alleged victims, mainly high school students subjected to her activities.
  • Prosecutors allege that O'Connor purchased volumes of beer, vodka, and whiskey for the underage attendees and even helped some of them sneak out of their homes to attend these parties.
  • In one of the incidents, O'Connor allegedly encouraged a boy to have sex with a girl who was drunk by handing him a condom, resulting in the girl locking herself in a bathroom for safety.
