The summit seeks to position Europe as a key player in AI innovation, countering the dominance of U.S. and Chinese investments, with the U.S. recently announcing a $500 billion AI initiative.
France aims to use the summit to attract significant investments, including a proposed €2.5 billion foundation for AI governance and sustainability over five years.
