- President Emmanuel Macron will visit each location struck in 2015 for moments of remembrance alongside families and victims’ associations, the Élysée said.
- The city will inaugurate the Jardin du 13 novembre 2015 near the Hôtel de Ville in the evening with Macron, Mayor Anne Hidalgo and the associations 13onze15 and Life for Paris.

- The victims’ association Life for Paris is formalizing its dissolution on the anniversary, a decision explained by Bataclan survivor Arthur Dénouveaux as a way not to remain defined solely as victims.
- About 1,800 invitees, including bereaved families, political figures and ambassadors of affected countries, are taking part, with European Parliament President Roberta Metsola attending.
